Room conditions
Room conditions are to be the same as on your arrival when vacating, If there is any extra cleaning is required, or any damages to the room or the property an extra $200.00 cleaning fee, will be charged to your Credit Card.

Check out time is 10.00 am
Cancellation Policy
We have a cancelation policy of 48 hours prior to your arrival date. if cancelled booking within these 48 hours we take 100% fee of your booking.

Quiet time
Strictly no noise after 10 pm.

No unruly, disorderly, intoxicated or drug influenced behavior will be accepted. You will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund.
Smoke free
Ringtails Motel is a smoke free Property. Strictly NO SMOKING is permitted on grounds or in rooms. $50 penalty applies on outside grounds, $300.00 penalty applies inside of rooms.

Deposits:
100% of the first night will be charged on the day of booking.
