Room conditions
Room conditions are to be the same as on your arrival when vacating, if extra cleaning is required, an extra $200.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your Credit Card. Any damages to rooms and its contents will be recovered from the occupants. Any missing items including, but not limited to, linen. Pillows, blankets, cups/glasses, cutlery, electrical goods, appliances and damages to the property will be charged to your account.
Check in 2.00 pm till 6pm
Check out time is 10.00 am
Deposits:
100% of the first night will be charged on the day of booking.
No-Show
In case of no-show, a penalty of 1 night will apply.
Cancellation Policy:
If less than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation then 100% of the deposit will be charged.
Smoke free
Ringtails Motel is a smoke free Property. Strictly NO SMOKING is permitted on grounds or in rooms. $50 penalty applies on outside grounds, $300.00 penalty applies inside of rooms.
Smoking area is provided.
Quiet time
Strictly no noise after 10 pm.

No unruly, disorderly, intoxicated or drug influenced behavior will be accepted. You will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund.
